Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Skedvio ("Service"). By creating an account, connecting a calendar, or using a booking link, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The service
Skedvio lets you connect calendar accounts, view events, set availability, share booking links, take meeting notes, and receive schedule summaries. Features may change, especially while the product is in beta.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and able to enter a binding agreement where you live. You must have authority to connect any calendar account you link to Skedvio.
Your account
- You are responsible for activity under your account
- Keep your sign-in credentials secure
- Provide accurate account information
- Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access
Calendar connections
Connecting a calendar grants Skedvio the permissions shown on the provider's consent screen and described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect calendars or revoke access at any time in Settings or through your provider.
Booking links
You are responsible for the availability you publish and for honoring confirmed bookings. Guests must provide accurate contact details. Skedvio is not a party to meetings between you and your guests.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity
- Send spam or harass others through booking links
- Access another person's data without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Violate the terms of Google, Microsoft, Zoom, or other integrated services
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security or legal risk.
Beta
Skedvio may be offered as a beta or early-access product. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change or remove features without notice and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Your content
You retain ownership of your calendar data, notes, and other content you submit. You grant Skedvio a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service.
Third-party services
Skedvio integrates with third-party platforms such as Google, Microsoft, Zoom, and infrastructure providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKEDVIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKEDVIO AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skedvio from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Provisions that should survive termination (including limitations of liability and indemnification) will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
